We pulled up to Crosswater Hall at Nocatee.

At first glance, it's just a regular building with a large parking lot.

We grabbed our equipment and started walking towards the entrance. As we rounded the corner, we were taken aback by the most breathtaking storybook views.

Ivy climbed up large columns, beautiful white staircases sat on either side of a wraparound balcony, and palm trees stood proudly on the perfectly manicured lawn.

We walked inside to find our bride getting the finishing touches of hair and makeup. She was surrounded by her friends, all taking turns squeezing into the small room to support her and get a peek at her as she transformed from Anna to Bride. She was all smiles, and totally calm. Normally (and understandably) our brides are in panic mode around this time trying to make sure all of the last minute details have been taken care of. Not her. She was just ready to see the love of her life. She was ready to be Mrs. Ailes.

Anna and Aaron chose to have a "first look" before the ceremony. Once everyone had taken their seats, they took a quiet moment to take each other in. As Aaron turned around, he was taken over by pure joy. They couldn't take their eyes off of each other, and they couldn't stop grinning from ear to ear.

The ceremony began. Aaron walked down the aisle and positioned himself in front of the large wooden arch that sat in front of anxiously awaiting family members and friends. Finally, Anna made her descent down the stairs and to the front of the aisle with her father. She took her place beside Aaron, and after exchanging vows and rings, they were pronounced husband and wife.

The Reception

As you walked through the doors to the reception hall, you were greeted with a beautiful vaulted ceiling, large wooden beams, and a grand fireplace.

A dessert table sat as a focal point. It was filled with treats that were equally beautiful and delicious, all created by the bride's uncle, Chef Matt Lewis. His wedding cake sat in the center of the table and displayed gold leafing and intricate marbling on its two tiers.

The bride and groom danced their first dance together as husband and wife, played games, and laughed their way into the start of their marriage.
